- Keeping content consistent across all platforms

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Social Media VA
- Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for service-based businesses (plus with Construction experience)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence executing content plans independently

- A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be chased
- Experience working remotely with clear accountability
- Experience with GoHighLevel, or a similar CRM / marketing automation platform
- With creative flair

Nice to Have
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator)
- Experience in construction, architecture, or property
- Exposure to Google Ads or paid media support
- Able to turn rough, unstructured input into polished, engaging content
- Open to feedback and multiple rounds of revision to hit brand standards
- Someone who wants to be part of a small team long-term, not just complete tasks project-by-project

Why Join Locspec
We are a small, quality-focused team building genuinely beautiful homes — and we care just as much about how that work is told as how it’s built. The right person won’t just push out posts; they’ll help shape how Locspec shows up to the world.

We want someone with the eye, the intuition, and the drive to own this and make it better. If you’ve got what it takes — and you genuinely care about doing great work alongside people who do too — we’d love to hear from you.
