We are a Sydney-based commercial interior design studio looking for an experienced Commercial Interior Designer / Documentation Specialist to join our team remotely.
This position will initially commence on a part-time basis with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term full-time role as project workload increases.
We are looking for someone who enjoys producing high-quality documentation, has strong technical ability, and has previous experience working on workplace fit-out projects.
Requirements
Mandatory proficiency in ArchiCAD 27
Mid-level to senior experience in commercial interior design documentation
Previous workplace or office fit-out experience is essential
Strong spoken and written English
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently while also following markups and direction
Ability to interpret reference drawings and make informed design/documentation decisions where required

Door schedules
FF&E schedules
Site measure markups
Redline updates
PDF markups
Detail drawings
As-built updates
You will work across a variety of commercial workplace projects and may also assist with adapting documentation from previous projects for new fit-outs.
