# Part-Time Meta Ads Manager for Ecommerce Supplement Brand
We are looking for an experienced **Meta Ads Manager** to help build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our ecommerce supplement brand.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience running Meta ads for ecommerce brands, understands direct-response marketing, and can actively manage campaigns rather than simply setting them up and letting them run.
## About the Role
We are starting from the ground up with Meta advertising. We do not currently have prior campaign data, audience insights, or historical performance to share, so we need someone who is comfortable building campaigns from scratch, testing different angles, and making data-driven optimizations.
We already have UGC-style ad creatives ready to go and are looking to launch with an estimated ad spend of around **$100 per day**. The goal is to generate profitable sales, attract new customers, and maintain a strong ROI as campaigns scale.
This is a **part-time role** requiring roughly **4–5 hours per day** of active management, monitoring, testing, and optimization.
## Responsibilities
* Build Meta ad campaigns from the ground up, including campaign structure, audiences, placements, budgets, and testing strategy
* Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns using provided UGC ad creatives
* Create and manage testing strategies for creatives, hooks, audiences, copy, offers, and landing pages
* Actively monitor campaign performance and make ongoing improvements
* Optimize campaigns for purchases, customer acquisition, ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate
* Provide regular updates on performance, key insights, and recommended next steps
* Identify winning creatives, audiences, and messaging angles
* Help scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency
* Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and make strategic adjustments
## Requirements
* Proven experience managing Meta Ads for ecommerce brands
* Strong understanding of
* Ability to build campaigns from scratch with no existing data
* Experience optimizing for conversions, ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition
* Familiarity with UGC-style creatives and direct-response ad strategy
* Comfortable working with a daily ad budget of around $100
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on performance data
* Reliable communication and willingness to provide ongoing performance updates
* Must be proactive and actively involved in campaign management
## Preferred Experience
* Experience working with supplement, health, wellness, fitness, or men’s lifestyle brands
* Experience with Shopify or ecommerce landing pages
* Ability to assist with ad copy, creative direction, or content strategy
* Experience helping brands improve conversion rates
* Familiarity with compliance-sensitive categories such as supplements
* Ability to support organic social media posting across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok,

## Budget
Our expected management budget is approximately **$500–$800 per month**, depending on experience, skill level, and scope of work.
Ad spend will be separate from management fees and will start at around **$100 per day**.
## Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who understands ecommerce growth, can move quickly, tests aggressively, communicates clearly, and knows how to manage Meta campaigns with the goal of profitable customer acquisition.
We are not looking for someone to simply set up campaigns and disappear. We need active management, regular optimization, and someone who can help us find winning campaigns as we grow.
