AI Video Creator (Grok + AI Voiceover + B-Roll Ads)

Company: Scale Prediction
Position: Full-Time
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Pay: $4 – $6/hour (Based on Experience)

About Us

Scale Prediction is a B2B marketing and lead generation company that helps blue-collar service businesses generate qualified estimates through high-performing advertising systems.

We work with industries such as painting companies, cabinet refinishers, roofing companies, window companies, remodeling companies, and other home service businesses.

Our team produces a large volume of advertising creatives and we are looking for a skilled AI Video Creator who can turn ad concepts into highly engaging B-roll style video ads using Grok, AI video generation tools, AI voiceovers, and advanced prompting techniques.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be creating AI-generated advertising creatives used in paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.

Most of our ads follow a B-roll style format that combines AI-generated footage, realistic visuals, voiceovers, captions, and direct-response advertising principles.

You should be highly proficient with AI creative tools and understand how to generate visuals that look natural, believable, and engaging for local service businesses.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated B-roll style video ads using Grok and AI video generation tools
• Generate realistic video scenes and footage based on ad scripts
• Create AI voiceovers using elevenlabs
• Write and improve scripts using Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or similar AI tools
• Develop advanced prompts that consistently generate high-quality visuals
• Combine footage, voiceovers, captions, and transitions into completed ad creatives
• Create multiple creative variations for testing
• Organize and deliver completed files through Google Drive
• Work closely with our marketing team to improve ad performance

Required Skills

You must have prior experience with:

• Grok (Primary Tool)
• AI video generation platforms (Sora, Veo, Runway, Kling, or similar)
• Elevenlabs custom voices
• Prompt engineering
• Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI writing tools
• Short-form advertising content creation
• Video editing software
• Google Drive organization and file management

You should also:

• Understand direct-response advertising
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be able to create realistic AI-generated scenes
• Work efficiently and meet deadlines

• Communicate well with tea ---------- mbers

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating Meta ad creatives
• Experience with home service marketing
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Experience creating UGC-style or B-roll style ads
• Knowledge of hooks, ad angles, and creative testing
