JOB OVERVIEW

About the role

We are a growing e-commerce company running Shopify-based dropshipping brands. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can take full ownership of our supplier relationships and product flow. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who already understands how dropshipping logistics work and can keep our products moving, our costs down, and our suppliers performing.

You will be the person who makes sure the right products are available, at the right price, and shipping on time.

What you will be doing:

- Managing relationships with our suppliers and keeping them accountable on pricing, quality, and shipping times
- Negotiating better terms, lower costs, and faster fulfillment
- Monitoring product costs and keeping our cost of goods within target
- Finding and vetting new suppliers and products
- Solving fulfillment and shipping issues before they reach the customer
- Tracking stock levels and avoiding out-of-stock situations
- Working closely with the team through Slack to keep operations aligned

What we are looking for:

- Solid experience with dropshipping and Shopify
- Proven ability in supplier negotiations and managing supplier relationships
- A strong eye for cost control and margin
- Experience handling fulfillment, shipping, and logistics for an online store
- Good communication skills and comfort working with suppliers directly
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and focuses on the solution instead of the stress
- A team player who thinks along with the business and wants to grow with us
- IQ of 100 or above (recent test required)
