This is a long-term remote role with steady work, weekly team communication, and real room to grow into a leadership position.

**About the Role**
This is an **AI-first, senior-level role.** We're looking for a designer who lives and breathes AI tools and knows print-on-demand inside and out. You'll lead our design output — not just create it. You'll set the standard, build the systems, and help our team work faster and smarter with AI.

**What You'll Do**

- Create high-quality PNG designs for baby onesies, toddler shirts, mugs, tumblers, and holiday ornaments
- Build and document repeatable AI design workflows (prompts, templates, processes) for the team
- Stay on top of the latest AI tools and recommend what we should adopt
- Lead and train other designers, reviewing their work for quality and brand consistency
- Follow our naming and delivery guidelines (we'll train you on these)

**What We're Looking For**

- **Print-on-demand experience is a must** — you've worked with Printify and other print suppliers and understand their design requirements, file specs, and delivery process
- **2+ years of design experience** AND a portfolio that clearly shows hands-on AI tool use
- Mastery of (or the ability to quickly learn) **Higgsfield** and **Claude** — these are our core AI tools
- **Etsy experience is a strong plus**
- Comfortable with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- A strong eye for layout, color, and fonts
- Creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive
- Trend-aware and comfortable using Pinterest and Etsy for inspiration
- A leader who can give clear direction, follow instructions, and welcome feedback and revisions

*Note: You don't need prior experience designing these specific products (onesies, mugs, etc.). If you know print-on-demand and AI, we can train you on the rest.*

**Pay & Perks**
Starting at **$650/month**, with rate renegotiation every quarter. Performance bonuses available. **We provide Higgsfield access**, so you'll have the AI tools you need from day one.

**Busy Season (October–December)**
This is our peak season, so please note:

- No time off during these three months
- Custom orders run Monday through Saturday
- You must be available daily and able to meet fast turnaround deadlines
- Overtime may be required — and all overtime hours are paid

**AI Tools & Transparency**
This role is built around AI. We expect you to use tools like Higgsfield and Claude daily — and to clearly disclose your AI use in your work. We value transparency and originality. Misrepresenting AI-generated work as fully original will lead to disqualification.

**Hiring Process**
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short 1–2 task design trial.
