JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there, I'm Helen, and I'm the founder of a company called Trove. (www.trove.is).

Trove is a free choose your own adventure game x personality quiz that you play everyday. Over time, it builds up to a stronger and more honest profile of who someone is, beyond what resumes and other profiles can share about a person today. My goal here is a more authentic world... and it starts with play!

Because we have a lot of stories for people to play through, I'm looking for someone to help read, play through and provide feedback and edits for these short stories.

We'll work mainly off of ---------- on pre-set times you're available, on a daily basis ideally. I'm happy to figure out a schedule that works for both of us.

I will need you to play through stories that are ready to QA, follow a rubric, and provide feedback or edits. Eventually, if things go well, I'd like you to write stories as well or make larger adjustments, create a better rubric, etc. What I'm trying to say here is that this can absolutely become a full time EA, bizops, marketing role based on what it is you're also good at and enjoy (if you are even interested in that).

In terms of working with me, I'm someone who is reasonably relaxed and not micro-manage-y, but very detail-oriented. I am absolutely a perfectionist. You would be a good fit for this is you already like reading fiction novels, playing interactive fiction games, are a part of fandoms, like fanfiction or manga or anime. If you're a good problem solver, detail oriented, and a perfectionist yourself, then you should apply and let me know why you're a good fit.
