We're Hiring: Rockstar Executive Assistant
Lapu-Lapu Preferred | Hybrid Setup | Full-time

Australian-based Specialist Practice Excellence (SPE) is looking for a highly capable and ambitious Executive Assistant to support a fast-growing digital business serving medical clients worldwide.
This role is NOT for someone looking for a simple 9–5 job. We’re looking for someone smart, proactive, highly organized, and fully committed to helping drive the business forward.

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a business owner, founder, CEO, or senior executive
- Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and tea ---------- mbers
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage calendars, priorities, projects, and deadlines
- High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using modern business tools such as:
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office
Google Sheets / Excel
ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management systems
Zoom and online meeting platforms
AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Able to anticipate needs, identify issues early, and help keep the executive focused and productive
- Comfortable coordinating with the Cebu team and helping maintain accountability across projects
- Available to assist with occasional urgent business matters during evenings or weekends when necessary
- Able to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City at least five days per week and willing to render overtime during evenings, off-hours, and weekends as required.
- Strong and reliable internet connection with a dedicated workspace for remote work days/hours
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity rather than a short-term job
