The Offer (Why the Best Apply Here)
Base salary $700 – $1,100 USD/month (full-time, 40 hrs/week)
New-patient bonus $ USD for every qualifying new patient your work brings in (booked + shows up). No cap.
Realistic earning Drive 35-50 new patients in a month and you will earn up to 50% of your base . The more you produce, the more you make — every month.
Reviews Reviewed every 6 months. Strong performers reach the top of the base range within 90 days.
13th-month bonus Paid after 12 months.
Paid time off Paid US holidays after probation + paid leave.
Payment Bi-weekly via Wise — on time, every time.
What the bonus means in plain numbers: $ per qualifying new patient, uncapped. A productive month can earn you more in bonuses than your entire base. We want you to out-earn the salary — that means we’re both winning.
Schedule
• 45-50 hrs/week (we may start you at 20–30 hrs/week part-time, with a clear, fast path to full-time).
• Live overlap required: 9:00 AM – 200 PM US Eastern (9:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila), Monday–Friday, for real-time work with the CEO and marketing lead. Some flexibility on exact hours.
• The rest of your hours are flexible — we care about output, not clock-watching.
About Us
We are a US-based ophthalmology / eye-care medical group with three clinic locations in Florida. We treat thousands of patients every month, focused on senior eye health, diabetic eye disease, and advanced retinal care.
We are stable, established, and real — not a fly-by-night agency. We have a small, dedicated in-house marketing team and an active marketing budget. You will work directly with the CEO and the marketing lead — no five layers of management between you and the people who make decisions and see your work.
The Role — In One Sentence
You will own our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM end-to-end and produce the video and social content that brings senior and diabetic patients through our doors — then get paid a bonus on every patient you help bring in.
What You'll Actually Do (Day-in-the-Life)
— GoHighLevel Operations (the backbone)
• Build and maintain workflows from scratch: patient recall, new-patient intake, no-show recovery, review requests, and our referral/ambassador program.
• Manage and clean pipelines, opportunity stages, and contact tags.
• Build SMS +
• Set up and maintain calendar integrations and lead routing.
• Build dashboards and weekly reports: leads in ? calls booked ? patients shown.
• Connect GHL to forms, landing pages, and Meta lead forms.
— Video & Social Media Creation (where you shine)
• Create and edit scroll-stopping short-form video for YouTube, Instagram Reels,
• Run our organic social presence across all platforms, targeting patients within a 15–20 mile radius of each of our three offices.
• Edit real footage of our doctors, staff, and (consented) patients into warm, trustworthy, human content.
• Important: our audience is older adults and people managing a serious health condition. We use real people, real stories, and a caring tone — never AI avatars or AI voices. You’ll film, cut, caption, and publish content that feels like a trusted neighbor, not an ad.
• Track what works (saves, shares, calls, DMs) and make more of it.
— Paid Ads Support (Meta /
• Daily Ads Manager checks: spend, frequency, CPM, CTR, cost-per-lead.
• Upload and launch creative; build and duplicate campaigns/ad sets.
• Pull weekly performance reports.
• You execute under direction — you are not the lead strategist — but you must know Meta Ads Manager cold, including the Special Ad Category (Health & Wellness) rules that apply to US healthcare advertisers.

• Weekly Monday performance snapshot to the CEO.
• Build and maintain an SOP document as you go, so the system never depends on one person.
Must-Haves (Do Not Apply Without These)
1. 2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel — building workflows from scratch, not clicking templates. Be ready to show real workflows you’ve built.
2. Proven video editing + social content skills — short-form video for Reels / TikTok / YouTube. Be ready to show a portfolio or links to content you’ve made that performed.
3. Meta Ads and Google Manager experience — 1+ year managing live ad accounts. Bonus if you’ve worked under Meta’s Special Ad Category (Health & Wellness).
4. Excellent written and spoken English — you’ll write internal updates and US-facing SMS/email copy reviewed by the CEO.
5. Reliable internet (25 Mbps+), a quiet workspace, and a working webcam (weekly Zoom).
6. Long-term mindset — we’re hiring for years, not months. Job-hoppers will be cut early.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)
• US healthcare or medical-practice experience.
• HIPAA awareness (we train, but knowing what patient data can’t touch is a plus).
