## Job Title: **SEO Specialist with Google Ads & Web Design Experience**

## Job Description

Digital NinjaZ is a U.S.-based IT and digital marketing company located in Florida. We help small businesses with managed IT, cybersecurity, websites, SEO, Google Ads, CCTV/security cameras, networking, and general technology support.

We are looking for a reliable **SEO Specialist** who can help with SEO, backlink research, Google Ads support, website updates, and basic web design tasks. This position is remote, but some work may require logging into a secure computer located in our Florida office using remote desktop software.

You must have **strong English reading and writing skills**. You need to understand written instructions, read client website content, write clear SEO content, and communicate with our U.S. team without constant clarification. Good spoken English is preferred for training calls and occasional meetings.

We are also looking for someone who is comfortable using **AI tools like ChatGPT** to improve speed, research, content writing, SEO planning, and reporting.

## Responsibilities

* Perform on-page SEO updates
* Research keywords for local service businesses
* Help write and improve website content
* Create or update service pages
* Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt text
* Assist with backlink research and outreach
* Build and clean up local citations/directories
* Help manage Google Business Profile optimization
* Assist with Google Ads campaigns
* Review Google Search Console and Google Analytics data
* Help update WordPress, Wix, or other small business websites
* Make basic web design edits
* Prepare simple SEO reports
* Use AI tools to speed up research, writing, and optimization
* Track completed work and send daily updates

## Required Skills

* SEO experience

* Basic web design skills

## Work Schedule

Some overlap with **Florida Eastern Time, USA** is required for communication, training, and task review.

Occasional voice or video calls may be required during Florida business hours.

## Pay

Pay depends on experience.
