JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Success & Growth Coordinator (Part-Time)

Xanvria LLC is a licensed and insured Maryland contractor specializing in attic insulation, crawl space insulation, insulation removal, attic cleaning, air sealing, vapor barriers, rodent-proofing, decks, and siding services.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional tea ---------- mber who wants to grow with our company long-term. This position focuses on customer service, lead management, scheduling, review generation, website content management, and helping us grow our business.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers after estimates are sent
• Schedule appointments and estimates
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Manage customer information in Jobber CRM
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders
• Request customer reviews after completed projects
• Update Google Business Profile with project photos and posts
• Assist with social media posting and content management
• Upload and format blog posts in WordPress
• Create and update service area pages
• Add images, internal links, and website updates
• Assist with basic SEO and website content management
• Track leads and customer communications
• Help improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Customer service experience preferred
• Experience with WordPress is a plus
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable learning new software and processes

Hours:

• Approximately 20 hours per week to start
• Opportunity for additional hours and growth based on performance

Compensation:

• Starting at $3.50 - 4.00/hour depending on experience
• Performance and growth opportunities available
