JOB OVERVIEW

???? THE ROLE

We're Unbreakable Media - managing Google Ads + Facebook Ads campaigns for gadget products across Europe. Our affiliate network operates 24/7, and we need a Technical Operations Manager to keep our infrastructure running smoothly.

Campaigns spend money 24/7. One technical problem = direct financial loss in minutes. We need someone FAST, RELIABLE, and INDEPENDENT.

? WHAT YOU'LL DO

? Manage proxies (ISP residential), anti-detection profiles, Gmail configurations
? Setup and maintain domains (Cloudflare DNS, Hostinger hosting, SSL certificates)
? Provide FAST technical support to affiliates via ---------- (<5 minute response time)
? Create and manage webhooks for affiliate network integrations ( ---------- )
? Resolve account suspensions, recover banned accounts, handle appeal processes with Google/Facebook
? Document all work in Asana - maintain full traceability
? Monitor infrastructure 24/7 - prevent issues before they become critical

ESSENTIAL (No negotiation):
? Proxy ISP management experience (Proxy Seller or similar)
? AdsPower (anti-detection browser) or equivalent
? Cloudflare DNS and domain management
? Hosting administration (Hostinger, cPanel, or similar)
? Google Ads account setup and troubleshooting
? Facebook Ads account setup and management
? Webhook integrations ( ---------- , Zapier, or similar)
? Independent technical problem-solving (no hand-holding needed)
? ITALIAN OR SPANISH (mandatory for affiliate communication)

NICE TO HAVE:
? Previous affiliate marketing or performance marketing background
? WordPress and Elementor experience
? Network API integration (Adrice, Cashbolt, Isla networks)
? Google Ads account appeal process experience
? Account recovery and ban negotiation skills

? SCHEDULE & HOW IT WORKS

Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 22:00 CET (Central European Time)

Important: This is NOT a 9-to-5 job with consistent daily tasks.

• Some days: You'll have minimal work (everything running smoothly, affiliates happy)
• Other days: You'll have high-volume work (account suspensions, urgent issues, campaign launches)
• You're "on standby" for emergency support during those working hours
• Response time requirement when issues arise: Less than 5 minutes

This is perfect if:
- You work from home and have flexibility
- You have other side projects/income
- You prefer variable workload over fixed 8-hour days
- You're energized by solving problems quickly under pressure

???? COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (3-TIER SYSTEM)

TIER 1 - TRIAL WEEK
$150 total for the complete first week
Purpose: Let's evaluate fit, competency, and communication style
Outcome: If not working - we part ways professionally, no hard feelings. If working - move to Tier 2.

TIER 2 - HIRED (Months 1-3)
€500/month fixed salary
Includes: Full onboarding to all processes, learning all systems and tools, building operational independence
Review: After 3 months, evaluate performance and readiness for Tier 3

TIER 3 - AUTONOMOUS (Month 4+)
$800/month fixed salary
Requirements: Proven independence in troubleshooting, managing affiliates without supervision, proactive problem-solving, excellent documentation
Benefits: Potential for bonus, additional responsibilities, career growth in the company

This is a low-risk trial for both sides. We both get to see if it's a good fit.
