Are you obsessed with direct-response ads, consumer psychology, and scaling winning creatives?
We're looking for a DTC eCommerce Creative Strategist to help develop high-converting ad concepts for beauty, wellness, and health brands.
Responsibilities:
Research customer pain points, objections, and desires
Analyze winning ads and competitor creatives
Create ad angles, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs
Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and UGC creators
Turn data and feedback into new creative testing ideas
Requirements:
Proven experience in DTC eCommerce marketing
Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok advertising
Skilled in direct-response copywriting and consumer psychology
Ability to identify winning trends and creative opportunities
Fluent in English
