JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are hiring a reliable Delivery Dispatch Coordinator to keep our delivery operation running smoothly. You will track orders and deliveries as they happen, assign jobs to drivers, confirm completed deliveries, and act as the communication hub between our call center, drivers, and customers. We are looking for someone with dispatch or logistics experience who stays calm under pressure and pays close attention to detail


Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor shipments and deliveries in real time using a delivery management app
- Assign and dispatch delivery jobs to drivers throughout the shift
- Follow up with drivers to confirm deliveries were completed
- Review orders to catch and resolve duplicate or double orders
- Coordinate communication between the call center, drivers, and customers
- Identify and resolve delivery delays or issues quickly
- Keep order and delivery records accurate and current

Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or delivery coordination
- Able to commit to a fixed overnight/early-morning schedule
- Calm and clear-headed when handling pressure and problem-solving
- Comfortable with delivery software and phone systems such as Dialpad
- Skilled at using WhatsApp for fast, real-time coordination
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken

Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing or coordinating field drivers or couriers
- Background in last-mile delivery, courier, or transport operations
- Comfortable juggling many moving parts at once
- Experience in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools
