**COMPENSATION (Base + Performance Pay)**
Base salary: $400–$500/month (USD, paid monthly)
Performance bonus: 5% of net profit on every winning ad you produce
**The math — why this is worth your attention:**
We scale winners aggressively. When an ad hits, we pour budget into it.
-> Your ad generates $5,000 net profit in a month = $250 bonus. From one video.
-> Your ad generates $10,000 net profit = $500 bonus. From one video.
-> You have 3 winning ads running simultaneously = do the math yourself.
The more your ads perform, the more you earn. There is no cap.
All tools, credits, and subscriptions are fully covered — nothing comes out of your pocket.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Edit and produce AI UGC video ads from scripts and briefs we provide
- Work across multiple niches — one week supplements, next week ebooks or something else entirely
- Produce 5–10 video concepts per week (under 2 minutes each)
- Work across formats: talking heads, podcast-style, animations, claymation, green screen UGC
- Iterate on winners based on ad performance data
- Stay on top of new AI tools and bring fresh ideas to the team

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- 1+ year of experience creating AI video content for paid ads
- Fluent with tools like Kling, Veo, Seedance, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or similar
- You understand direct response: hooks, pacing, retention, and what actually drives conversions
- You adapt quickly — new niche, new brief, new format, no problem
- Portfolio of ads that have actually run as paid traffic (showreels do not count)
- Reliable internet, stable setup, available Monday to Friday
- Fast on revisions and zero hand-holding needed
