GoViral is a performance-driven content agency for e-commerce brands in the Netherlands, UK, and US. We help DTC brands grow with ads that don't feel like ads, but convert like crazy.
We're a small, ambitious remote team of strategists, creators, editors, and designers. Everything we do is about quality, speed, and ownership.
We're growing fast, and we're looking for a driven VA to join our creator sourcing team. Someone who is hungry, reliable, and ready to do the work.

You don't need years of experience. You need the right mindset.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for finding and reaching out to content creators for our clients' ad campaigns. Your job is to keep our creator pipeline full, on time, and filled with the right people.

Every day you will:
- Send 60+ outreach messages to creators on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Follow up with creators until they confirm or decline
- Negotiate creator rates within the client budget
- Update the pipeline in Asana before end of day
- Communicate daily with your team lead via Slack

What we're looking for
- Hardworking and reliable, you do what you say you'll do
- Strong written English, clear, professional, and confident
- High follow-up discipline, you don't let things fall through the cracks
- Organized and precise, you work from briefs and checklists, not guesses
- Problem solver, when you're stuck, you escalate fast with a proposed solution
- Available and online 9:00–18:00 CET every workday
- Comfortable with online tools like Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Drive

No prior sourcing experience required. We will train you. What we can't train is work ethic and attitude.
