We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our clients' hiring initiatives by identifying and connecting with high-quality talent. In this role, you will oversee candidate progression throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and hiring recommendations. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys talent evaluation, relationship management, and contributing to the growth of dynamic organizations.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, and reading comprehension
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or another hiring-related function
- Experience conducting candidate interviews and performing assessments
Other Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and overall alignment with organizational culture
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools
- Capable of managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience hiring for management, operations, customer service, or professional positions is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Review resumes and applications to determine suitability for open positions
- Conduct introductory interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Record interview feedback, candidate information, and recruitment activities within internal systems
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring objectives and position requirements
- Monitor candidate movement and ensure timely progression through each stage of the recruitment funnel
- Recommend shortlisted candidates and provide hiring insights to decision-makers
- Assist in refining recruitment workflows and enhancing the overall candidate experience
Work Arrangement:
- 100% remote / work-from-home setup
- Full-time employment
- 8-hour workday
- 5-day workweek, with the option to work 6 days if desired
