JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We are PayStubsNow, a website that helps people create accurate, professional pay stubs at the click of a button. We are currently looking for a full-time writer (~15-18 blog posts per month, depending on word count) to join our team. As a hiring manager for multiple companies, I've helped place 10 writers in full time jobs paying $900-$1,000+ per month, many of whom are either still with their employer more than a year later or completed a 1 year contract. The reason I explain this is to show you that we are serious about finding a long-term fit for this position and it will be stable, albeit demanding.

Specs

- Salary Range: ~$850-$1,000 per month, depending on skill and experience.
- Full ---------- -time: Full-time.
- Location: Remote
- Hours: Flexible, but we will confirm a set time frame in which we expect you to be available where our schedules overlap for communication purposes (to be d ---------- later).

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Write articles that meet our strict content quality standards
- Add value to articles (such as stats, quotes, benefits, tips, etc.)
- Understand direct, straightforward SEO writing principles
- Take feedback and improve
- Understand on-page SEO, such as using tools like SurferSEO
- Be in contact with our team via Slack

We're looking for a content writer who doesn't just take basic AI output and submit it.

If you want to just paste in an outline and say generate, this is not the job for you.
