About the Role

As our Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support while managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks that contribute to the successful delivery of our training programs.You will be trusted to work independently, manage competing priorities, and ensure all tasks are completed accurately, professionally, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and shared inboxes.
Provide professional and accurate information to learners, clients, trainers, and stakeholders.
Process course administration activities and post-course documentation.
Maintain accurate student, course, and business records including confidentiality.
Complete data entry and administration tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Prepare and assist with funding and claim submission processes.
Manage learner feedback administration and follow-up actions.
Coordinate training resources, facilities, assets, and supplies.
Monitor and action tasks through project and task management systems.
Assist with data processing and general administrative support.
What We're Looking For

Customer Service & Communication
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a customer service, administration, or support role.
- Confidence handling inbound phone enquiries and customer communications.
- Professional, friendly, and service-focused approach.
- Ability to communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and provide accurate information.

Administration & Attention to Detail
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience managing documentation, records, data entry, and administrative processes.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain organised systems and records.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage repetitive processing tasks consistently and accurately.

Systems & Technology
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Go High Level, Salesforce, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience using project and task management platforms such as Asana, Trello, ---------- , ClickUp, or similar.
- Confidence in learning and navigating business systems, databases, and online platforms.
- Experience using Training Management Systems (TMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly regarded.

Remote Work Capability
- Previous experience working successfully in a remote or work-from-home environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for video meetings and cloud-based systems.
- Dedicated home office setup with dual monitors and a professional workspace.
- Ability to work independently, stay organised, and remain productive without direct supervision.

Organisation & Accountability
- Reliable, dependable, and consistent in meeting commitments and deadlines.
- Strong personal accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally and appropriately.
