JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Interior Designer with Revit skills and at least 6-8 years of experience to join our team.

This role focuses on the design, documentation and delivery of luxury retail and commercial fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing construction documentation, drafting detailed joinery packages.

Key Responsibilities:

_Produce high-quality construction documentation and technical drawing packages for retail and commercial fit-out projects.
_Prepare detailed joinery, millwork and custom fixture drawings.
_Assist with project delivery from concept design through to construction documentation and site coordination.
_Maintain organised project records, drawing registers, schedules and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
_Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognised university.
_Minimum 6 years professional experience in interior design, architecture or construction documentation.
_Previous experience preparing Australian construction documentation is preferred.
_Previous experience working with an Australian architecture or interior design practice is highly preferred.
_Revit proficiency is essential.
_Experience preparing detailed construction documentation and joinery packages.
_Ability to independently prepare and review documentation packages with minimal supervision.
_Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
_Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience:
_Retail fit-outs.
_Luxury retail projects.
_Commercial workplace projects.

Work Schedule:
Full Time
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sydney Time (AEST/AEDT)
Compensation:
AUD $1,200 – $2,200 per month depending on experience and capability.
