At ACS Electrical, we provide reliable electrical services across Perth, helping homeowners and businesses with everything from electrical installations and maintenance to upgrades and emergency services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help drive high-quality leads and maximize our digital marketing performance.

Position: Expert Google Ads Specialist (Remote/Freelance or Part-Time)
About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record of generating qualified leads through Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local Services campaigns. The ideal candidate understands lead generation for local service businesses and can develop, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize campaign performance to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
Monitor budgets and bidding strategies.
Create compelling ad copy and extensions.
Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend new advertising strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience generating leads for local service-based businesses is highly preferred.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads best practices and industry trends.
Google Ads certifications are an advantage.
Experience with landing page optimization and CRO is a plus.
