This role combines customer support, sales, and administrative responsibilities. You'll help current customers succeed in our programs, answer questions from prospective customers, conduct sales calls, and support day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Customer Success & Sales Coordinator, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for both current and prospective customers while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via
- Serve as a community moderator by responding to customer questions and facilitating engagement within our programs
- Answer inquiries from prospective customers regarding our programs, services, and opportunities
- Conduct sales calls with prospective customers to answer questions, address concerns, and help them determine whether our programs are the right fit
- Build trust and rapport while effectively communicating the value of our programs and services
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with customer onboarding and ongoing customer success initiatives
- Assist with course management and administrative tasks
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and internal resources
- Coordinate with tea
- Support operational and administrative initiatives as needed
- Track tasks and maintain organized documentation across multiple projects

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
- 1+ year of experience in sales
- 1+ year experience in customer support, customer success, or other customer-facing roles
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable conducting consultative sales conversations and building rapport with customers
- Ability to confidently answer questions, address objections, and communicate value in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate naturally and confidently with American customers
- Basic understanding of GoHighLevel (GHL), sales funnels, and CRM systems
- Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and contribute ideas
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Professional remote work setup with a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for customer and sales calls

Nice to Have:
- Experience selling coaching programs, memberships, consulting services, or other high-ticket offers
- Understanding of the Amazon Influencer Program or affiliate marketing
- Experience supporting coaching programs, memberships, online communities, or digital products
- Experience using GoHighLevel, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms
- Customer success or account management experience
- Experience working remotely with international teams

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- $750–$900 USD/month, depending on experience and qualifications
- 13th Month Pay
- Annual merit raises and performance-based bonuses
- 3 paid sick days, 2 PTO days, and paid Philippine Regular Holidays
- Full-time (40 hours/week), renewable contract
- Flexible Monday-Friday schedule within 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST (6:00 PM to 11:00 AM Philippine Time), with a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with the manager.
