Working Hours:
Philippines: 2pm to 11pm Eastern Standard Time (2am to 10am Philippine Standard Time)

The Opportunity:


We are seeking experienced, high-performing sales or client relation professionals who want to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving results. Personality, professionalism, and the ability to build authentic relationships are just as important as sales experience.


All new hires start as Jr. House Buying Specialists for a flexible onboarding period (typically around 3 months, but may be shorter or longer depending on experience and readiness). During this time, you will:
Be immersed in our systems, processes, and mission
Work with KPIs to maintain performance standards
Gain the tools and knowledge to transition quickly into the Sr. House Buying Specialist role
Once promoted to Sr. level, you will begin earning uncapped commission in addition to your base.


This role is for seasoned professionals — not for beginners. We want individuals who have the skills to succeed from day one, but who also value empathy, integrity, and creating a positive experience for every client.

Who You Are:
Clear, confident communicator with a neutral or North American accent
Experienced in client-facing roles (sales, customer service, account management, real estate, hospitality, etc.)
Real estate experience preferred (1+ year, e.g., wholesaling, agent, acquisitions, etc.)
Relationship-oriented, empathetic, and client-focused
A self starter who values/prioritizes professional and personal growth.
Coachable, organized, and tech-savvy

What You’ll Do:
You will be on the phone talking to potential clients for hours on end everyday
Follow up and nurture old leads in our database.
Hunting for new leads via cold calling, texting and emailing (platforms provided)
Create rapport with callers, collect information, and gauge motivation to sell (scripts provided).
Set appointments for the sales team.
Enter all information gathered into company CRM (database)
Track progress daily entering it into company scorecard.
Deliver high-quality customer service and represent the company with integrity.
A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. Guidelines, structure, and established policies should be followed closely.
Hit weekly quotas (e.g., 10+ appts/week) to unlock bonuses and maximize your earnings.
Collaborate with the team to ensure homeowners are supported every step of the way.
