NOW HIRING: WEB DESIGNER / SEO SPECIALIST

Remote (Philippines)
Full-Time | Los Angeles Business Hours (Graveyard Shift)

US Power Solar is looking for an experienced Web Designer / SEO Specialist to help grow our online presence, improve search rankings, and build high-converting websites and e-commerce platforms.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is creative, technically skilled, proactive, and able to work closely with our team every day.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Must work Los Angeles business hours
Must be ON CAMERA throughout the workday while collaborating with the team via Zoom
Must have a private, quiet workspace with NO background noise or interruptions
Must have a reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet connection
Must have prior web design and SEO experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Website design and development
• SEO strategy and implementation (on-page and off-page)
• Website optimization for speed, rankings, and conversions
• Building and managing Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce stores
• Landing page creation and lead generation funnels
• Domain and website strategy
• Website maintenance and updates
• Working closely with leadership and marketing teams on growth initiatives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms
SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page)
E-commerce website setup and management
Website performance optimization
Strong understanding of user experience and modern web design
Excellent English communication skills

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

Shopify experience
WooCommerce experience
Google Ads experience
CRM and automation experience
Experience working with solar, roofing, or home service companies
