You’ll work from clear SOPs, collaborate with a supportive team, and use powerful tools, including our proprietary AI systems, to help thousands of successful brands improve their Klaviyo
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Setting up and optimizing automated flows in Klaviyo
• Working inside Shopify to reference product and customer data
• Using our internal AI tools and SOPs to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Troubleshooting issues related to flows, lists, segments, deliverability, and integrations
• Communicating clearly when something needs clarification, review, or escalation
• Collaborating with our US-based team via Slack, Notion, and Google Meet
You Are:
• A marketing ops professional with 3+ years of experience (agency or similar)
• A Klaviyo expert: you understand campaigns, flows, triggers, segments, deliverability, and analytics
• Able to handle complicated Klaviyo tasks with ease, speed, and accuracy
• Fluent with Shopify and how it connects to
• AI-savvy: comfortable using ChatGPT or similar tools for content refinement
• Independent, proactive, reliable, and fast
• Comfortable working with our US-based team via Slack, Notion, and Google Meet
• Comfortable working 9 a.m. EST to 5 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday (U.S. hours)
Pay:
$12-17/hour (USD) - with room to grow based on excellent performance
