Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Content Execution: Manage the content calendar end-to-end, including drafting, scheduling, publishing, and repurposing content across our LinkedIn, website, and
- Social & Thought Leadership Cadence: Operate the publishing engine for our leadership team (CEO & Managing Director), including ghostwriting/editing content, scheduling posts, and reporting on engagement.
- Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Own the marketing execution for key events (e.g., B2B Online, executive dinners, sponsorships). This involves booth presence, collateral, pre-show outreach support, on-site content capture, and post-show follow-up content. You will coordinate logistics with the Executive Assistant and track ROI inputs with the Sales team.
- Case Study & Launch Collateral: Produce client case studies and launch announcements. This requires interviewing the delivery team, drafting the narrative, partnering with the brand designer on design, publishing, and feeding materials to sales.
- Shopify Co-marketing & Partner Presence: Coordinate joint activity with the Shopify partner team, ensure our partner directory listing is optimized and current, and manage marketing-related website fixes.
What You'll Deliver
- Consistent content output per week (e.g., 3–5 LinkedIn posts + 1 long-form/month).
- Case studies shipped per quarter (e.g., 2/quarter).
- Positive trend in LinkedIn impressions and engagement (MoM).
- Events executed on time and on budget per quarter.
- Post-event follow-up content/sequences live within 72 hours of show close (to support Sales' 3x ROI clock).
- Inbound leads or MQLs attributed to marketing (once tracking is established).
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, or comms (B2B, SaaS, or agency experience preferred).
- Strong writer: able to take technical work from a delivery team and translate it into clean, confident, client-facing narratives.
- Proven experience with event/tradeshow coordination, covering booth logistics, collateral, and follow-up sequences.
- Comfortable working across key platforms: LinkedIn,
- Basic design fluency (Canva/Figma) and capable of working effectively alongside a dedicated brand designer.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and committed to shipping consistently on a set cadence.
- Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day—prompting LLMs for research, personalization, and copywriting
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Shopify/ecommerce ecosystem.
- Experience in partner/channel co-marketing.
- Light analytics experience (LinkedIn, GA4).
