This role is simple: we need someone who takes ownership, keeps things moving, and doesn't let details fall through the cracks. If that's how you naturally work, keep reading.
You'll be responsible for:
Keeping real estate transactions on track — deadlines, timelines, and organized deal files
Researching properties — pulling county records, verifying data, and reviewing title information
Chasing down documents — reaching out to county offices and agents and following through until received
Owning the CRM — every contact and deal record clean, current, and accurate
Supporting bookkeeping — categorizing expenses in Excel or QuickBooks
The ideal candidate:
Works methodically and catches mistakes before they become problems
Communicates with clarity and professionalism — on calls and in writing
Takes initiative without waiting to be directed
Can commit to 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH time (9 AM – 5 PM EST)

$640–$800/month based on experience
