CARE2CLEAN – VIRTUAL ASSISTANT / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB TYPE: PART-TIME TO FULL-TIME

This position starts as Part-Time during the first 30 days as a paid evaluation and training period.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, sales ability, and communication skills will be offered a Full-Time position after the first month.

This allows both parties to ensure a good fit before moving into a long-term full-time role.

After Successful Evaluation (Full-Time):
* Monday to Friday
* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific Time
* Occasional Saturdays may be required

We are a growing cleaning company serving multiple locations across the United States and are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant / Sales Representative to join our team full-time.

REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

?? Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant for a cleaning company.
?? Experience selling residential and commercial cleaning services.
?? Knowledge of Booking Koala, GoHighLevel, OpenPhone, and Canva.
?? Excellent spoken and written English.
?? Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
?? Ability to work independently and follow processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Make outbound calls to prospects and potential clients.
* Follow up with leads through phone, SMS, email, and social media.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Generate new residential and commercial cleaning opportunities.
* Present customized cleaning solutions based on client needs.
* Track leads, sales activities, and customer communications.
* Create basic social media content using Canva.
* Maintain and update CRM records.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
* Submit a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
