We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support a growing residential painting business with lead generation, online visibility, and overall marketing performance.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience running
Experience working with home services, construction, contractors, trades, painting, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
This role will focus on:
Facebook
Social Media Management
Google Ads Optimization
Local SEO and Google Business Profile Support
Marketing Strategy and Lead Generation
What You’ll Be Doing
Facebook
Create, launch, and manage
Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost per lead
Test creatives, audiences, offers, placements, and targeting strategies
Monitor campaign performance and provide clear insights and recommendations
Suggest new campaign ideas to increase lead flow and improve conversions
Track results and identify opportunities to improve ROI
Google Ads & Local SEO Support
Help improve and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns
Support basic local SEO efforts
Assist with Google Business Profile optimization
Help improve visibility in local search results
Recommend improvements to increase qualified traffic and inquiries
Social Media Management
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms
Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and marketing content
Repurpose before-and-after project photos, testimonials, educational content, and promotions
Help maintain a consistent and professional online brand presence
Support content ideas that build trust and attract local homeowners
Marketing Strategy
Help develop and execute marketing strategies that support lead generation
Contribute ideas to improve the overall sales funnel
Identify opportunities to strengthen digital presence across platforms
Provide recommendations based on campaign performance and customer behavior
Focus on generating real business results, not just managing posts
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of proven experience running
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing
Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
Familiarity with Google Ads and local SEO
Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable suggesting new ideas and taking ownership of marketing performance
Bonus Points
Experience marketing for painting, construction, contractors, trades, or home service companies
Video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
Experience with Google Analytics or Google Search Console
Experience creating content from before-and-after projects, testimonials, and promotions
