Auraglow is a UK-based lighting brand selling our own products across Amazon UK and multiple Amazon EU marketplaces.
We are looking for a full-time Amazon Catalogue Operations Specialist to take ownership of our Amazon listings across the UK and EU.
This is not a generic VA role and not a PPC position. The role is focused on catalogue structure, listing health, compliance, variations, flat files, and execution.
We need someone who can work independently, use initiative, document their work clearly, and take ownership of Amazon catalogue issues without needing daily hand-holding.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day health and maintenance of our Amazon listings, including:
Creating, maintaining, and fixing parent/child variations across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces
Ensuring listing parity between UK and EU marketplaces
Using flat files for bulk listing creation, deletion, and updates
Monitoring and resolving issues in the Build International Listings (BIL) report
Manually creating or correcting EU listings where BIL fails
Deploying A+ Content across marketplaces using provided assets
Updating existing listings with improved AI-assisted translations
Resolving suppressed, inactive, or blocked listings
Managing Amazon compliance-related listing issues, including missing attributes, documentation requests, and marketplace-specific policy warnings
Cleaning up old or discontinued listings
Maintaining accurate task logs and issue reports
This role does not involve:
Amazon PPC or advertising management
Pricing strategy
Customer service
General admin work
Social media management
This is a specialist Amazon catalogue operations role.
Please only apply if you have hands-on experience with most of the following:
Amazon Seller Central
Amazon UK and EU marketplaces
Flat file uploads and processing reports
Parent/child variation creation and repair
Suppressed listing resolution
Amazon compliance warnings and Account Health issues
Build International Listings / EU marketplace parity
Brand Registry accounts
Managing large SKU catalogues
We are looking for someone who has personally fixed catalogue problems, not just monitored them or passed them to Seller Support.
Working Hours & Pay:
Full-time role: 40 working hours per week
Monday to Friday
UK working-hours overlap required
Salary: $1,200–$1,600 USD per month, depending on experience
Paid via Wise
Long-term role for the right person
Pay review after 6 months based on performance and contribution
This is intended to be a full-time role with one company, not a multi-client freelance position. During agreed working hours, we expect your focus to be on our business only.
There will be a paid trial period before confirming the long-term role.
During the trial, we require:
Daily task updates
Clear issue logging
Weekly progress summaries
Time tracking via Hubstaff during working hours
This is not intended as micromanagement. It is to ensure clear visibility, accurate payroll, and proper task tracking for a remote full-time role.
What We Value:
Reliability
Clear communication
Attention to detail
Ownership
Honesty about blockers
Ability to work independently
Calm problem-solving when Amazon issues are unclear
Amazon catalogue work can be messy. We need someone who can investigate issues properly, document what they find, and propose sensible next steps.
Please answer the following questions in your application:
Which Amazon marketplaces have you personally worked on?
What is your experience with Amazon flat files?
Describe the most complex parent/child variation issue you have personally fixed.
Describe an Amazon compliance or suppressed listing issue you have personally resolved.
Are you available full-time and willing to work exclusively for one company during agreed working hours?
Are you comfortable using Hubstaff during the trial period?
What is your expected monthly salary in USD?
Applications that do not answer these questions properly will not be considered.
Final Note:
We are looking for a long-term tea
If you are experienced, reliable, organised, and comfortable solving Amazon catalogue issues independently, we would like to hear from you.
