JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand in the health and fitness space, operating across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
We are looking for a highly detail oriented Operations Coordinator to manage order flow, inventory, and logistics across multiple warehouses and markets.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
• Enter and manage B2B / wholesale orders in 3PL systems
• Handle issues (delays, stock mismatches)
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses (HK, SG, AU) on customer-related problems
• Respond to DTC/B2B customer emails (order status, delivery updates)
• Generate invoices and track B2B payments
• Maintain up-to-date systems information across 3PLs and billing platform(s)
• Track inventory levels and flag low stock or issues
• Manage stock transfers between locations
• Plan and support event logistics (inventory + shipments)
• SOP documentation and workflow standardization

Requirements:
• Experience in operations, logistics, or ecommerce
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Very detail oriented and organized
• Good written English
• Able to manage multiple tasks without missing details
