We are building SoVoice AI — a voice AI platform that handles automated phone calls using AI agents. We need someone to systematically test our voice agents, document issues, and help us measure and improve performance.
This is a great role if you are detail-oriented, enjoy talking to AI systems, and can clearly describe what works and what doesn't.
Your responsibilities:
Make test calls to our AI voice agents and document the conversation flow
Fill out structured evaluation forms after each call (did the agent book correctly? did it understand the caller? did it handle silence/errors correctly?)
Report bugs and unexpected behavior clearly in writing
Help us track KPI improvements over time (Task Completion, Tool Use, Error Rate)
Occasionally test specific scenarios we define (e.g. caller gives wrong date, caller stays silent, caller changes their mind)
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)
Very detail-oriented — you notice when something is slightly off
Able to follow test scripts but also test creatively
Basic understanding of how AI assistants work
Reliable internet connection and quiet environment for calls
Available during European business hours (CET) for at least 4 hours/day
Nice to have:
Experience in QA or software testing
Experience with call centers or voice assistants
Familiarity with spreadsheets for logging results
if you can speak other languages like german it is mostly prefered due we based in germany and switzerland
