About PSM
Perfect Selection Marketing is a DTC-focused performance marketing agency that works exclusively with clothing and apparel brands. We were built by operators — our founder scaled a clothing brand past $10M in sales — so we know what it actually takes to grow in this space. We run paid ads, ambassador programs, email/SMS, and UGC as a compounding system, not one-off tactics.

The role
We're looking for a full-time Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns across our client portfolio. You'll own campaign strategy, creative testing, audience building, and scaling — all within the apparel and clothing space. This role is for someone who understands the full Meta funnel (TOF to retargeting), knows how to read data fast, and can make smart decisions without being micromanaged.

What you'll do
Build and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across multiple DTC apparel client accounts
Run structured creative testing — hooks, formats, offers — and identify winners quickly
Build and manage audiences — cold, lookalike, retargeting — and scale what's working
Monitor account performance daily — CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA — and optimize proactively
Ensure clean pixel tracking, Conversions API setup, and Shopify integration across accounts
Deliver weekly reports with clear takeaways, spend breakdowns, and next-step recommendations
Collaborate with the PSM team via Slack on UGC briefs and creative direction

Requirements
2+ years managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with proven ROAS results — e-commerce or DTC preferred
Deep understanding of Meta's campaign structure — CBO vs ABO, Advantage+, broad vs interest targeting
Solid grasp of creative strategy — you understand why an ad works, not just how to set it up
Comfortable with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Shopify attribution setup
Able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail
Strong written English — you'll be reporting to a US-based team and communicating with clarity
Reliable internet, own device, available during US Eastern time zone overlap (at least 4 hrs/day)

Bonus points
Experience with Google Ads — we run cross-channel for clients and collaboration between both buyers is a plus
Background in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle e-commerce brands
Familiarity with UGC sourcing and briefing creators for ad content
Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or other MER/attribution tools
