## About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a long-term position focused on obtaining quotations, preparing contracts, submitting applications through supplier portals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on time.

We are looking for someone who enjoys structured work, follows processes carefully, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

## Key Responsibilities

* Obtain and record quotations using internal systems and supplier portals
* Prepare and process customer contracts
* Verify customer and contract information before submission
* Submit contracts and supporting documentation
* Track account progress and maintain accurate records
* Identify and resolve missing or incorrect information
* Follow internal procedures and workflows
* Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks

* Comfortable working with data and online systems
* Good written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
