Startup Operations & AI Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

About Me

I’m an award-winning UK entrepreneur building multiple businesses across AI, software, ecommerce, and entertainment.

Current ventures include:

- AI platforms and marketplaces
- SaaS and automation products
- A film/movie/sports prop and collectables business
- Emerging AI-focused ventures with international ambitions

This is not a boring admin role. You’ll work closely with a founder involved in fast-moving projects, AI tools, startups, fundraising, partnerships, and product launches.

There is a lot to learn here, and for the right person, this can grow into a much bigger role over time with increased responsibility, earnings, bonuses, and opportunities across multiple businesses.

I’m looking for someone intelligent, proactive, organized, and hungry to grow.

The Role

I need a reliable remote assistant to help keep several businesses moving forward day-to-day.

You do NOT need to know everything already. You DO need to:

- learn quickly
- communicate clearly
- stay organized
- follow through consistently
- be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT

This role will involve a mixture of:

* business operations
* admin support
* research
* sales follow-up
* outreach
* startup support
* AI-assisted workflows

Responsibilities

Tasks may include:

Operations & Admin

* Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
* Following up with leads, investors, vendors, and partners
* Organizing documents and business information
* Updating Notion, Airtable, spreadsheets, and CRMs
* Creating weekly task and progress summaries

Research & Outreach

* Researching investors, customers, suppliers, and opportunities
* Drafting outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
* Finding relevant events, podcasts, communities, and partnerships
* Supporting fundraising and sales activities

AI & Productivity

* Using ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve workflows
* Helping create processes and automations
* Assisting with content drafts, presentations, and business materials

General Founder Support

* Helping reduce chaos and keep momentum moving
* Taking ownership of recurring tasks
* Helping turn ideas into organized action

What I’m Looking For

Essential

* Excellent written English
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Reliable and responsive
* Comfortable learning new tools quickly
* Able to work independently
* Strong internet connection
* Comfortable using AI tools

Big Plus

* Startup experience
* Executive assistant or operations background
* Experience with Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, or CRMs
* AI prompting experience
* Sales or outreach experience
* Social media or marketing support skills

Hours & Pay

* Part-time
* Approximately 10–20 hours per week initially
* Flexible remote work
* Starting budget: approximately $5–8 USD/hour depending on experience
* Opportunities for bonuses and increased pay based on performance and growth
