We are seeking a Travel Services Specialist to provide support for travelers experiencing urgent travel issues and itinerary modifications. This role is centered on handling travel disruptions, schedule changes, rebookings, cancellations, and other travel-related assistance requests.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to remain composed under pressure, and experienced in managing time-sensitive travel situations. This is a travel support role and does not involve vacation planning, destination recommendations, or leisure travel consulting.

Requirements:
• Strong working knowledge of Amadeus is a MUST
• Excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, and reading comprehension is a MUST
• Previous experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, Travel Support Specialist, or a similar role is a MUST
• Experience with flight modifications, ticket issuance, reissues, and cancellations
• Understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and travel policies
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
• Respond to travel-related inquiries via phone and email
• Process flight modifications, rebookings, cancellations, ticket changes, and schedule updates using Amadeus
• Support travelers affected by delays, missed connections, emergencies, or other travel disruptions
• Review, maintain, and update travel itineraries with accuracy and attention to detail
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers when required
• Ensure all reservations and itinerary changes align with client and company policies
• Record customer interactions, booking updates, and case notes in the system
• Deliver professional and timely customer support while managing urgent requests
• Monitor assigned queues and address requests within established service level agreements

Work Schedule:
• Full-time work-from-home position
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Israel time
