Are you looking for a stable, long-term role where your design and technical skills get put to good use on real projects that drive results?

We're a fast-growing Singapore-based digital marketing company that's been helping local businesses win online for years. Our team is a mix of Filipinos and Singaporeans working in the same time zone, so you're never out of sync with the people you collaborate with.

What you'll be doing:
• Design and build conversion-focused landing pages using WordPress (Thrive Architect/Elementor) and modern AI/marketing platforms (Lovable, GoHighLevel).
• Set up and configure GoHighLevel (GHL) tool, including WhatsApp automation, funnels, and CRM workflows
• Act quickly on urgent requests (e.g., site down, layout breaks) and handle routine edits, plugin updates, and bug fixes for active client campaigns.
• Migrate sites from Lovable (and other AI builders) into WordPress cleanly and reliably
• Troubleshoot website and technical errors, solving problems independently through research
• Build integrations and automations using Zapier (and similar tools) to connect platforms and streamline workflows
• Design banners, graphics, and logos and do basic video edits
• Research into AI tools and software and update SOPs consistently to improve workflow

What we're looking for:
• A fast and stable internet connection (this is a MUST)
• At least 2 years of web design experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong WordPress skills
• Adoption of AI
• Experience with (or genuine willingness to learn fast) GoHighLevel
• Comfort with automation logic — Zapier, or equivalent
• A real eye for design and solid understanding of colour palettes
• Basic web dev knowledge (cPanel, HTML)
• Resourceful — you can research and figure things out on your own
• Independent, but communicates openly with the team
• Accountable, responsible, and operates with integrity
