As we scale, we're looking for someone to help build the commercial engine behind the business.
The Role
This role sits between sales, operations and customer success.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every opportunity entering the business is qualified, nurtured and routed correctly.
You'll become the first point of contact for many founders, marketers and product teams engaging with the business.
Over time you'll also support lead generation, partnership management and cross-selling across our growing ecosystem of products.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial discovery calls
Qualify inbound opportunities
Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
Schedule meetings and manage pipeline flow
Support proposal creation and follow-up
Manage lead nurturing workflows
Track conversion metrics across the funnel
Coordinate introductions across the business products
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Assist with partnership management
Support customer onboarding processes
