JOB OVERVIEW

We're a Europe-based e-commerce company running around 20 D2C brands and dropshipping stores, mainly on Google Ads, alongside Meta and Pinterest. Our team of 35 is growing, and we're looking for a researcher who knows the Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center inside out.

What you'll do

Research competitor dropshipping stores and D2C brands: products, offers, pricing, store setup and ad angles
Track which ads are running on Meta and Google, and for how long, to spot winning products and scaling stores
Use Trustpilot to estimate how much volume a store is doing and what customers praise or complain about
Turn findings into clear, structured reports (Google Sheets/Docs) the team can act on right away
Keep our competitor database up to date

To be clear: this is hands-on ad and store research on Meta and Google, not Reddit or forum research.

What we're looking for

All-round research experience with a strong focus on competitor research in e-commerce
Proven experience researching dropshipping stores
Hands-on experience with Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center and Trustpilot research (must-have)
Comfortable with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, plus Slack and Google Drive (nice to have)
Structured, detail-oriented and able to work independently
Good written English
