JOB OVERVIEW

Pinterest Store Manager / Researcher
We are looking for a sharp, motivated Pinterest Store Manager & Researcher to join our growing e-commerce team and help us stay ahead of the competition. As our business continues to scale, we need someone who can consistently track, analyze, and leverage the power of Pinterest to drive our growth.

What you'll be doing:
In this role, your primary focus will be researching and identifying competitor stores and viral trends actively running on Pinterest. This includes:

Competitor Research: Finding dropshipping stores and competitor brands across various niches that are successful on Pinterest.

Ad Transparency: Monitoring competitor ad campaigns using the Pinterest Ads Repository / Ad Library.

Trend Spotting: Leveraging Pinterest Trends and the visual search engine to identify upcoming viral products and niches.

Geo-Research: Using a VPN to research competitor activity, top pins, and localized trends across different regions.

Documentation: Structuring and documenting your findings clearly so our creative and marketing teams can take action.

Growth Potential: As you grow into the role, you will have the opportunity to expand into full product research—identifying winning products, planning creative boards, and spotting new scaling opportunities for our store.

What we're looking for:
Required:

Proven experience in e-commerce competitor research, Pinterest management, or a similar analytical role.

Deep familiarity with Pinterest Trends and understanding how the Pinterest algorithm works.

Experience with the Pinterest Ad Library (or similar social ad research tools).

Comfortable using a VPN for geo-based market research.

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for visual trends and detail.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

General knowledge of how dropshipping stores and e-commerce businesses operate.

A plus (not required):

Basic understanding of Pinterest Tag, Pinterest Business Manager, or Catalog feeds.

Experience running or analyzing Pinterest Ads.

Background in fashion, home decor, or other highly visual e-commerce niches.
