JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing digital agency that builds websites and web applications for our clients. We're hiring our first full-time developer to take ownership of the work — your code will go straight to production for real clients from day one.
If you like having real impact, learning fast, and working without someone constantly telling you what to do, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do

Build and maintain web applications end-to-end (frontend + backend).
Ship new features, fix bugs, and keep existing client projects running smoothly.
Work directly with the team to understand requirements and deliver clean solutions.
Suggest technical improvements — we want someone who thinks, not just executes.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of real experience building full-stack web applications (we care about what you've shipped, not your diploma).
Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
A modern frontend framework: React (Next.js is a big plus) or Vue.
Backend experience with Node.js (or another backend you know well).
Comfortable with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and building/consuming REST APIs.
Git and good version-control habits.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2). This is a remote role — communication matters as much as code.
Self-driven and reliable. You flag blockers early, hit your deadlines, and don't go quiet.

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js, deployments (Vercel, Railway, AWS).
An eye for UI/design so things look as good as they work.
Agency experience or juggling multiple projects at once.
