Position: Recruiter Manager-Manage a High Volume Recruiting Team for USA Projects
You must be a highly experienced Recruiting Manager experienced in hiring, training and managing a team of expert US experienced recruiters specialized with reviewing a high volume of resumes daily spanning 7 days per week 14 hours per day. Average volume of resumes that are currently being reviewed ranges from 400 to 600 per day which will increase to 750 to 1250 per day.
In addition to resume reviewing are our Job Ad Team who create post and manage from 1,000 to 1,200 job ads currently which will increase to 1,750 to 2,500 job ads within 6 months and much higher volume within 1 year.
Your schedule will need to be flexible during EST hours Monday to Friday and some hours may be required to monitor or in some instances fill in for a recruiter that is not available to provide service on a weekend day.
Responsibilities:
• Review and Quality Control all resumes being reviewed daily for approval and make necessary corrections and train team
• Monitor Daily KPI's for resumes being reviewed and Job ads being created and posted
• Consistently maintain a high level of motivation and culture on a daily basis for the team
• Collaborate with management team to ensure alignment between job requirements and daily priorities
• Conduct research for better software, technology, services and methods of improving and streamlining operations.
• Hire, train and add on addition team recruiters to continue growing the department on an as needed basis
• Create various reports on a daily basis for review with Management

JOB AD CREATOR -Job Ad Creator (MUST be an Expert navigating and posting ads on Indeed)-We are seeking an expert recruiting professional not to recruit but to focus 100% on Developing effective job ad copy to maximize quality and quantity of applying candidates. You must really be an expert at creating compelling job ads and have a vast amount of experience working with and positing on the job boards and social media. You will be creating new fresh and compelling job ads daily and manage over 2,000 live job ads posted on all the major job boards including social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and developing engaging job ad campaigns and content on major job boards and social media.
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented creative writing professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing compelling self- created ads for various job board websites. Your primary task will be to self- create new fresh compelling ad copy daily (Not looking for an AI Copy Cat) You will need to always be analyzing the market and geographical areas ads are being posted in so you can create ads that will attract high quality and high quantity of candidates for all types of positions. • Tech-savvy and familiar with spreadsheets or job ad management tools
Important:
• Prior experience in recruiting focused on ad creation and posting a high volume of ads daily in the US Market is a MUST
