Marketing Agency Operator — Technical Integrations (Work Directly With the Founder)

I started this marketing agency last year with a $4,000 loan and scaled it to seven figures in annual revenue within 18 months. I'm hiring one person to work alongside me long-term and gradually take over key parts of what I do day-to-day.

Compensation & benefits

$1,000/month base salary
Performance bonus / commission on top of base for strong work
Direct mentorship and access to the playbook and SOPs that took this business to seven figures in one year (people pay me $500/hour for consulting)

What you'll be doing

Technical integrations — this is the core of the role. Connecting tools using APIs and webhooks, and wiring up anything marketing-related: Pixels, CAPI, GTM, webhooks, Zapier. APIs, webhooks, CAPI, GTM, Pixels, and connecting marketing tools. Google Sheets (SUPER important). Connecting marketing platforms is necessary.
Working inside our marketing stack: lead-distribution software (e.g., LeadProsper, LeadsHook) and funnel builders.
Building and maintaining systems in Google Sheets.
Using AI tools to handle technical and coding tasks.

Google Youtube Bing Ads is a huge bonus!!!!

This is intermediate integration work — not advanced, heavy custom development.

You will also replace lowlevel editing tasks and spreadsheet filling and some research.
