I started this marketing agency last year with a $4,000 loan and scaled it to seven figures in annual revenue within 18 months. I'm hiring one person to work alongside me long-term and gradually take over key parts of what I do day-to-day.

I'm not looking for a long résumé or 10 years of experience. I'm looking for a caffeine-addicted killer who'll stop at nothing to make their dreams happen.
Compensation & benefits

$1,000/month base salary
Performance bonus/commission on top of base for strong work
Direct mentorship and access to the playbook and SOPs that took this business to seven figures in one year (people pay me $500/hour for consulting)
Real room to grow into a managerial position worth $5k/month as the business grows

What you'll be doing

Technical integrations — this is the core of the role. Connecting tools using APIs and webhooks, and wiring up anything marketing-related: Pixels, CAPI, GTM, webhooks, Zapier.

Working inside our marketing stack: lead-distribution software (e.g., LeadProsper, LeadsHook) and funnel builders.

Building and maintaining systems in Google Sheets.

This is intermediate integration work — not advanced, heavy custom development.

Required skills

Technical integration skills: APIs, webhooks, CAPI, GTM, Pixels, and connecting marketing tools. Google Sheets (SUPER important).
Comfort using AI tools to handle technical and coding tasks.

Being able to follow SOPs and learn basic editing, graphic design, and spreadsheet management

Nice to have

General automation / no-code experience (Zapier, Make, n8n, GHL, etc.).
Any hands-on experience wiring marketing platforms together.

We do PAY PER LEAD - So having affiliate background is huge bonus.
