JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a video editor who works in DaVinci Resolve 20 to help create 30–60 second real estate walkthrough reels on a per-job basis.

These are primarily one-take walkthrough edits, not multi-clip edits. The goal is to take a single walkthrough clip and make it feel smooth, refined, polished, and natural.

This is not a flashy edit with heavy transitions. There should be no transitions unless specifically requested. The focus is on clean pacing, smooth motion, proper stabilization, straight verticals, tasteful speed ramping, and a bright, natural real estate look.

I will provide the footage along with specific instructions for each property. I will also provide color nodes, plugins, and tutorials to help match my editing style and workflow.

Responsibilities include:

Editing 30–60 second real estate walkthrough reels
Working fully in DaVinci Resolve
Following detailed instructions for each job
Editing primarily one-take walkthrough clips
Creating smooth, natural pacing
Applying subtle speed adjustments and ramping
Stabilizing footage where appropriate
Straightening verticals and correcting any distracting tilt
Applying provided color nodes/plugins
Making interiors feel bright, clean, and natural
Exporting final videos in the requested format

Ideal fit:

Someone who has experience with real estate, interior, architecture, or lifestyle video edits and understands how to make a walkthrough feel elegant and professional without over-editing it.

This would be paid per hour with a 24hr turnaround time. With experience, edits can take less than 30 minutes to complete.
