JOB OVERVIEW

Ecommerce / Dropshipping Manager (Full-Time)

Salary: $2,000/month + bonuses

We are looking for a real operator.

Not someone who only builds Shopify stores.
Not someone who only “manages tasks”.

We want someone who understands ecommerce as a whole and can actively help manage and grow the company.

You will work directly with the entire team:

media buyers
creative strategists
video editors
graphic designers
suppliers
customer support
fulfillment staff

This is an all-in-one management role.

You need to know how ecommerce actually works.

Your responsibilities:

Building Shopify stores & landing pages
Helping with advertorial ideas
Improving product pages
Giving new brand ideas
Managing workflows inside the team
Following up with workers
Tracking tasks & deadlines
Checking if videos/creatives are finished
Working with suppliers
Tracking fulfillment & shipping issues
Helping improve operations
Bringing in new ideas constantly
Helping organize the company better

You are basically helping manage the daily operations of the business.

We want someone proactive.

Requirements:

Strong ecommerce experience
Shopify experience
Understanding of landing pages & advertorials
Strong communication
Must be highly active on WhatsApp
Strong organization skills
Ability to manage people & workflows
Fast execution
Problem-solving mindset
Must think independently
