We are hiring a Sales-Oriented Virtual Assistant who knows how to confidently handle intense objections and close deals on a single call over the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact for leads interested in our U.S.-based cleaning services, and your main goal is to actively lead the sales conversation and convert inquiries into paying customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales conversations, knows how to build trust quickly, and doesn’t shy away from tough questions or hesitations from prospects. You will serve as the primary voice of our brand, handling warm inbound leads, navigating phone objections with confidence, and ensuring our backend schedules run with high precision.
***CRITICAL NOTICE: SALES-FIRST DESK (NOT A PASSIVE SUPPORT ROLE)***
We are not looking for a passive customer service agent or a script-reader who just sits back and takes tickets. While you will manage backend scheduling, CRM entry, and customer support, this is a sales-driven desk. Your primary mission is driving revenue, closing inbound calls, and actively following up with leads.
You will fail in this role if:
- You treat inbound calls like customer service inquiries instead of active sales opportunities.
- You give away pricing immediately without diagnosing the caller's true pain points.
- You hesitate or fold when a prospect throws up an objection like "I need to talk to my spouse" or "Your price is too high."
- You lack the conversational authority to ask counter-questions and keep control of the call.
- You lack the detail orientation to manage CRM tracking and scheduling tools with high precision.
We are exclusively hiring an assertive, Socratic, and consultative sales professional who understands human psychology and loves navigating phone friction.
Responsibilities:
- Use strategic diagnostic questions to uncover client pain points before ever discussing pricing.
- Defend premium pricing and profit margins against price-shoppers without defaulting to discounts.
- Probe past pricing resistance and "spouse shields" on the spot instead of taking passive callbacks.
- Convert warm inbound leads into booked jobs on the initial phone call.
- Execute active lead follow-up and pipeline management across phone, GoHighLevel, and Google LSA.
- Handle customer support, client scheduling adjustments, and dispatch notes directly in BookingKoala.
- Maintain real-time CRM updates, Google Sheets tracking, and internal team communication via Slack.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience using Socratic, Sandler, or SPIN sales techniques to lead conversations.
- Fluent, natural English phone presence with zero hesitation or script-reading tone.
- Documented success in high-velocity, single-call B2C or short-cycle sales.
- High operational fluency with GoHighLevel, BookingKoala, Google Sheets, and Slack.
- High emotional restraint to stay calm, composed, and assertive when hit with pushback or price resistance.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home workstation with zero background noise
- High-quality noise-canceling headset or noise-reduction software (e.g., Jabra, Plantronics, Krisp)
- Minimum 40 Mbps stable internet speed
- A documented backup power device and secondary internet connection plan for power outages
- Single-Role Focus: Live inbound phone sales requiring 100% real-time focus during shift hours. Dual employment or working another job on shift is strictly prohibited.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $5.00-$6.00 USD per hour (Depending on experience)
- Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (8 hours/day) aligned with U.S. Business Hours.
- Uncapped 2% Lifetime Revenue Share: You earn a 2% residual monthly commission on the recurring contract value of every active client you secure and maintain. Build a permanent, compounding monthly income stream that grows with your pipeline. Top performers receive performance-based equity/bonuses.
