JOB OVERVIEW

Google Ads & SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced **Google Ads & SEO Specialist** to join Get Rich Detailing. Our company specializes exclusively in helping **car detailing businesses** generate more customers through digital marketing.

Your primary responsibility will be to take full ownership of our Google marketing services, including both **Google Ads** and **Google SEO**, allowing our team to fully delegate these responsibilities to you.

Responsibilities

* Launch new Google Ads campaigns for detailing businesses.
* Monitor, optimize, and maintain existing Google Ads campaigns.
* Write and improve ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and assets.
* Perform keyword research for both paid advertising and SEO.
* Optimize campaign performance to maximize leads while reducing cost per lead.
* Troubleshoot campaign issues, policy violations, and account problems.
* Fulfill Google Ads requests for our students and clients.
* Follow our proven campaign structures while customizing campaigns for each individual business.
* Perform on-page SEO optimization, including page titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content recommendations.
* Conduct local SEO optimization for Google Business Profiles and service-area businesses.
* Research competitors and identify SEO opportunities.
* Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance.
* Recommend and implement ongoing SEO improvements to help clients rank higher on Google.
* Stay up to date with Google's advertising and search algorithm changes.

Preferred Qualifications

* Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
* Experience with Google Search, Performance Max, and Local campaigns.
* Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (preferred).
* Experience with Google SEO, Local SEO, and ranking service-based businesses.
* Experience marketing service-based businesses is highly preferred.
* Experience working with car detailing businesses is a bonus but not required.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

We provide proven campaign frameworks, headlines, structures, and processes. Your role is to customize and optimize these systems for each individual client while continuously improving campaign performance and search rankings.
