JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with some experience in GoHighLevel / LeadConnector to help with client onboarding, workflows, funnels, automations, and possibly websites and/or social media creation and scheduling who will work into an important part of our company over time.

This is a part-time, ongoing role starting at approximately 2 hours per day, 4 to 5 days per week. There will be a probationary period, and any testing time will be paid. It will develop into more hours as I see your fit for this position. Important: Please do ot apply if the wage indicated won't work for you.

This role is primarily for GHL work, but there may also be some related tech and admin support if you desire it. I am willing to train the right person, but you must already have some hands-on GHL experience.

Quicksilver Digital Marketing helps small businesses with marketing systems, client follow-up, automation, websites, and practical Ai tools. We work with business owners who need clear, useful systems that actually help them get organized, attract clients, and follow up consistently.

Main Tasks May Include

Setting up and editing GHL / LeadConnector workflows

Building funnels, landing pages, and thank-you pages

Helping onboard new clients into GHL

Setting up forms, calendars, pipelines, tags, triggers, and automations

Creating or editing simple websites and pages

Testing automations to make sure everything works correctly

Possibly helping with social media scheduling inside GHL or related tools

Organizing client information in Google Workspace

Troubleshooting tech issues and communicating clearly when something is not working

Tools and Skills

Required or strongly preferred:

GoHighLevel / LeadConnector experience

Google Workspace

Zoom

Strong written English

Confidence speaking on Zoom when needed

Ability to follow instructions carefully

Ability to test your own work before saying it is complete

Helpful but not required:

Monday or Asana

Canva

Loom or other screen-recording tools

Google Sheets

Basic website/page building

Zapier or Make

ChatGPT, Claude, or other Ai tools

Social media scheduling tools

Schedule

You do not need to be available all day, but you must be able to join occasional Zoom calls between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time when scheduled in advance.
