We specialise in property buying and selling - identifying properties where owners are looking for a quick sale and are willing to accept a discounted offer. We then carry out improvements and refurbishment work where needed, enhancing the property's value before bringing it back to market for resale at a profit.

Responsibilities

- Engage professionally with comments and direct messages, building relationships and identifying potential opportunities
- Research, identify and qualify property leads using
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead spreadsheets, ensuring all information is recorded and organised effectively
- Proactively suggest improvements to processes, contribute new ideas, and demonstrate initiative in identifying additional property opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable using
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Able to take initiative
- Reliable internet connection
- Able to work during UK times (9am-5pm BST/GMT)
- Previous lead generation or VA experience is preferred
