In a nutshell what you need for this job is at least a basic familiarity with Team Fortress 2 and a passion for game development. Optimally you have worked on Horror game(s) in the past.

I‘m looking to hire someone to help me create indie video games. I‘m a YouTuber who makes videos on the game Team Fortress 2. My plan is to create small indie horror games with the tf2 mercs. That would be what You do. My plan long term is to have you be part of my venture into indie video game creation more generally- away from just tf2.

I‘m willing to work with you full time or part time. Salery is monthly - at full time starting wage would be 550$.
